The dimensions of the oil on copper panel are 30.8 cm high x 23.9 cm wide and the dimensions with frame are 41.2 cm high x 34.4 cm wide.
The oil painting on copper is in excellent condition, although there are minor color variations; the profiled and ebonized wooden frame is the original frame from the period.

Dating from the second half of the 17th century.

The painting comes from a private collection in Quebec, Canada.
