Fine Arts Viktor Puch - About us
Viktor Puch originally itself a restorer of icons and icon collector established a gallery based at the Antikhaus in Munich Neuturmstrasse 1977. In the early 1980 the gallery moved to larger rooms in Prannerstraße behind the Bayerischer Hof Munich.
In 1991 the gallery was placed in the hands of Martin Viktor Puch. The departments of ancient icons and sculptures was maintained, since that time the gallery is also represented on the national and international Art Fairs, the dates can be found under the heading Events.
In addition to consulting private collectors of icons and sculptures we have did some important sales to national and international museums.
The gallery Viktor Puch is specalized on old icons of the 16th - 19th century the famous painting schools Moscow, Palekh, Mstera, Syzran and the old believers school also icons from the regions Balkan, Greece and Ethiopia, can be found in the gallery.
Another part of our business is European sculptures from the 14th -18th century from the age of Gothic Renaissance and Baroque.
The focus is South German sculptures from the regions Upper Swabia, Ulm, Salzburg, Tyrol, as well as sculptures from France, Italy and Spain.
