Half-figured portrayal of the Mother of God with the Christchild in her left arm, pointing with his right hand at him. Christ embraces the Mother of God and clings to her.
For the icon, an engraved fire-gilt silver klaus was made in masterly quality, furthermore the garment of the godmother is decorated with a magnificent silver-silver work.
After the delivery, the original type of the godmother of Vladimir was painted by the Evangelist Luke during hear life.
